| Blackpool
has a new landmark building on the South Shore. Designed by
Allison Pike for the Blackpool Pleasure Beach Company, the striking
new Big Blue Hotel has created a storm of interest. Featured
on TV as well as Sleeper, FX and GS Magazine, the new hotel
was procured under a design and build contract with Multibuild
acting as main contractor. The interior reflects a four star
quality while the pricing remains very competitive in the three
star range. |

| Big Blue Hotel
is both big and blue on the outside and its boldly coloured
facade sits comfortably amongst its garish surroundings by the
Pleasure Beach. It is a fully fledged Best Western member and
the hotel will remain open all year round offering conference
facilities as well as holiday accommodation for families. |

| Inside high
standards of design greet the customer. It is contemporary,
innovative and fun yet stylish and relaxing at the same time.
In total the hotel has 116 rooms – 72 family suites, 2
executive rooms and 20 standard rooms. The total project value
was in the order of £4.3M including all fixtures and fittings
which formed part of this turn-key package |
