PRACTICE PROFILE
Allison Pike Partnership is a medium sized architectural and interior design practice based in North West England. We work nationally and our business is focused on 4 predominant areas:
Hotels: new-build hotels and refurbishments

Leisure: bars, restaurants & sports facilities

Residential: loft apartments & new build houses

Heritage: a broad experience of work to Listed Buildings
A high proportion of our work is repeat business and we pride ourselves on a high quality personal service.
We believe that effective translation from design concept to reality can only be achieved through teamwork and a sound knowledge of construction techniques.
Much of our work is fast track and requires rapid, efficient design and site supervision skills based on a sound knowledge of the construction process.

PRACTICE PROFILE
Allison Pike Partnership design buildings that respond to the client’s brief, enhance the experience of the building’s users and are achievable within the programme and budgetary constraints of the project. We are team players in the design process.
Allison Pike Partnership was established in 1984 by Greg Pike and Mark Allison who set up the practice to carry out a variety of pub refurbishment projects. John Bray joined them within their first year and became an Associate and then a Partner in 1995.
The practice grew with its workload to about 10 by 1990 and to about 20 at the turn of the new Millennium. The Partnership started in Marple, Cheshire and remained at its original premises from 1985 to 1998 when it relocated to new larger premises in Disley.
Disley is located on the south eastern edge of Greater Manchester and is well placed for connections to the motorway network as well as main line train services and Manchester Airport.
The Partnership incorporated in 1999 due mainly to the size of the business and the increasingly large scale of projects undertaken. From the early days the firm has had a strong architectural bias with a strong belief in a clear analytical approach to design problems and a striving for a balance of practicality, imagination and cost reality. In brief, Allison Pike Partnership can offer an architectural and interior design service with the following particular benefits:
· high quality personal service
· depth of experience
· a practice with a wide geographic coverage
· suitably qualified personnel and the capacity to respond to Client demands
· full or partial service to suit client requirements
