| The Company
currently has six directors and the personnel are divided
into two main areas: studio and administration. |

| The studio
is by far the largest part of the office and is broken down
into 2 teams, each run by the 3 directors. The directors have
a broad range of experience and have a strong “hands on”
approach, maintaining a suitable level of control and monitoring
projects within the offices. |
|
| There are
also three associate directors with a broad range of skills
and a depth of experience which form an integral part of the
teams’ strengths. The studio group structure is used to
maintain project continuity and develop client flexibility to
cope with fluctuations in individual group workloads. |

| The practice
has a policy of encouraging staff to undergo relevant training
courses and attending seminars. |
