The studio is by far the largest part of the office and is broken down into 2 teams, each run by 2 of the directors. The directors have a broad range of experience and have a strong “hands on” approach, maintaining a suitable level of control and monitoring projects within the offices.

There are also senior staff with a broad range of technical and interior design skills and expertise which form an integral part of the teams’ strengths. The studio group structure is used to maintain project continuity and develop client flexibility to cope with fluctuations in individual group workloads.

The practice has a policy of encouraging staff to undergo relevant training courses and attending seminars.
