Allison Pike becomes RIBA Chartered Practice

The practice is pleased to announce that it has achieved Chartered Practice status, implementing the guidelines and requirements set out by the RIBA.

In order to comply with the profession’s governing body standards for Chartered status a practice must operate a Quality Management System, an Environmental Management Policy, a Health and Safety Policy, and have an Employment Policy which addresses the principles defined by the RIBA including equality, diversity and inclusion.

In addition the practice must have a CPD framework in place and appropriate levels of Professional Indemnity cover. Allison Pike adopts all of these criteria and through our Quality and Management systems strives to continually develop and improve the professionalism of the practice and the quality of the work we produce. We like to think that AP is a great place to work and we encourage a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.

RIBA Chartered Practice accreditation sends a strong signal to clients, employees and the wider construction industry and shows our business is committed to excellence in design and service delivery. As part of the group of Chartered Practices we gain from the RIBA Business Benchmarking intelligence. We are proud to continue our ongoing relationship with the RIBA in this new form.
