Limeyard Born on Fourth of July

The third Limeyard restaurant and the first in the North, sited in the new White Rose Centre in Leeds, opened on Independence Day.

Featuring a portico covering the external terrace, the unit is a double height space with back of house services located on a mezzanine to the rear. The main restaurant design includes a signature bar servery with metal work supported overbar, seating booths breaking up the central space and timber banquettes around the perimeter.

Sliding folding doors open out onto the external seating space. There are 120 covers internally and 28 externally with a mix of fixed and loose seating themed around the Californian branded restaurant.  Allison Pike completed the interior design featuring a mix of bespoke finishes ranging from worn tin ceiling panels to distressed paintwork on timber panelling and industrial corrugated metal. The lighting scheme adds to the chilled ambiance of the interior.

An all-day American Kitchen food menu is on offer with West Coast inspired treats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  As with the Limeyard Staines project completed earlier this year Allison Pike were part of the Fileturn principal contractor team who delivered this project on a design and build basis.
