The new single-storey annex building sits within the rear gardens of the existing hotel and adjoining Bull’s Head PH & restaurant, carefully designed to complement the existing pub and bedroom lodge while enhancing the overall guest experience.

The timber frame structure was incorporated not only to provide a more sustainable form of construction, but also to deliver exceptional energy efficiency, achieving an air tightness value of 3 and an EPC rating of A.

The bedroom interiors combine contemporary styling with comfort and practicality, creating a successful balance between aesthetics and functionality throughout.
